How RiTek handles public-site information.

What we collect

The public NeuralVantage site collects only what you submit through the walkthrough request form: your name, work email, company, optional role, an optional session-focus choice, and the workflow description you provide. The site does not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

Walkthrough request details are used to respond to your request, confirm scope, and arrange the working session. They are routed to the accountable RiTek team for that purpose and are not sold or shared for advertising. Typed workflow descriptions and contact details are excluded from general analytics and ordinary application logs.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional and requires your explicit consent to be contacted. To ask about, correct, or remove information you submitted, email contactus@riteksolutions.com.

Customer sign-in

The customer sign-in area is governed by your organization's agreement with RiTek Solutions and your organization's own administration of NeuralVantage; this public notice covers only the public site.
